2-bed semi-detached property to 6-bed HMO in Staffordshire

The purchase price was £134,000 which was a £6,000 reduction that we negotiated for the client. The conversion cost was £92,000 in total. When valued at the end of the project it was worth £280,000.

Disused Pub Conversion - East Midlands

We were offered a pub that already had planning permission to convert into 8 x 1 bed apartments over two floors. The purchase price was £240k but we managed to get this down to £215k because it was a cash purchase.
