Sourcing the right property can be not only time-consuming but also tedious. We will locate property from various trusted sources to eliminate the majority of issues that could arise during the purchasing process.

We have found that many clients that have begun their journey into building a portfolio often benefit from a portfolio review. The idea behind this is to look at efficiencies and/or inefficiencies within the current portfolio. We look in-depth at each property, including costs such as management fees, mortgages, repairs, voids etc. We also look at the income they produce compared to any costs and other properties in the area to produce a report with graphs to illustrate the current position. We use a traffic light system so it's clear and simple to understand, we will make recommendations along the line all with the aim of ensuring your portfolio is on target to meet your objective.

We realise that some of our clients want to focus solely on property development opportunities because capital growth is their main consideration. Some clients prefer a mix of portfolio building as well as development and others would rather be a small part of a larger development (syndicated opportunity).
